Refunds will not be issued due to “buyers’ remorse”. No merchandise will be accepted for return without and RMA (return merchandise authorization) issued by our Customer Service Center. If no RMA number is issued JJ will not be held liable for any returned merchandise and customer does so at its own risk. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or mysteriously disappears in whole or in part while in your possession shall not be covered under our guarantee. Defects reported within 30 days of purchase and verified by our customer service center will be repaired. Upon inspection of the merchandise JJ may opt to offer a replacement. Improper repair or service performed by someone other then JJ or its authorized service center will void the warranty of your jewelry. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from JJ or its authorized service center. We do not ship to P. O. Box A.P.O. or F.P.O. address. We require that all delivery addresses must be physical address. JJ will only accept appraisals done (within 30 days of purchase) by an independent, certified appraiser; that does not buy or sell loose precious gemstones and jewelry. All watches sold by JJ are covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty and therefore are not returnable. In the even of service needs please refer to the manufacturers authorized service center. Customer information is property of JJ. Layaways must be cleared within 60 days after which no claims will be held against JJ.

 

LIFETIME UPGRADE POLICY

JJ will give you credit for the price paid on your purchase under the following conditions: Original receipt must be presented before viewing new items. Merchandise is not damaged in any way. Upgrades are only applicable on unset diamonds and diamond jewelry purchases.
