Sales Associate
The Joe’s Jewelry International Sales Associate is responsible for managing activities intended to fulfill our customers’ needs, and maximize personal and store performance, namely: promoting product attributes to the customer, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment in accordance with Joe’s Jewelry International’s business standards. The Sales Associate works in a sophisticated market, dealing with international and local clients. With a wide range of products of varying prices, the sales associate needs to possess strong selling and negotiating skill and must be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions.
Store Manager
The Joe’s Jewelry International Store Manager oversees an individual store’s overall operations with an emphasis on merchandising and sales. The Store Manager must be able to achieve profitable operations by effectively motivating sales associates and monitoring their productivity. Selecting sales associate applicants for employment and enforcing store security policies make the job complete.
