Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or disappears in whole or in part while in your possession shall not be covered under our guarantee.
Improper repair or service performed by someone other then Joe’s Jewelry or its authorized service center will void the warranty of your jewelry.
Damage caused by excessive wear and tear and / or physical/ accidental abuse is expressly excluded from coverage by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from Joe’s Jewelry or its authorized service center. We do not ship to P. O. Box A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses. We require that all delivery addresses must be a physical address.
Defects reported within 30 days of purchase and verified by our customer service center will be repaired. Upon inspection of the merchandise Joe’s Jewelry may opt to offer a replacement.
Joe’s Jewelry will only accept appraisals done (within 30 days of purchase) by an independent, certified appraiser, that does not buy or sell loose precious gemstones and jewelry.
All watches sold by Joe’s Jewelry are covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty and therefore are not returnable. In the event of service needs please refer to the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
Customer information is property of Joe’s Jewelry.
Layaways must be cleared within 60 days after which no claims will be held against Joe’s Jewelry.
If your package is delivered to an administrative personnel, the carrier company may accept the signatures. Unfortunately, Joe’s Jewelry cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen under these delivery conditions.
