It is absolutely safe to buy jewelry with us, we take our web security very seriously. We have a number you can call to ask any questions or to make sure you have made the right choice, or for any help in your choices. We also have stores where we have thousands of customers visiting us regularly, so you can rest assured and feel perfectly safe shopping with us online.
Yes, we do have various stores in the Caribbean. Two Joe’s Jewelry stores with a huge range of brands, as well as Swatch, Rado and Tissot Boutiques in St Maarten. We also have a Swatch and Rado Boutique in St Thomas.
The products can be viewed online before purchase or in one of our stores. If you do prefer to receive more information about any products, our customer service team is happy to assist.
The products from the online store can easily be purchased by placing them in the cart. If you would like to purchase a product from one of our stores, please call us on our toll-free number and we are glad to assist.
If the item is in stock, we can ship it within 2 working days. If items are not in stock, it can take 4-6 weeks to ship. But we like to help our customers and be as accommodating as possible, so are happy to help get your desired products to you as quickly as possible.
Packages are delivered directly to your door between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. All packages are insured by us but we do not take responsibility if someone else signs for the package. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item is ready to ship.
Items are packaged in cardboard boxes with shrink wrap to prevent any damage on delivery. Because of the value of the jewelry we sell, most people want to check their order before giving it as a gift. With this in mind, we don’t gift wrap our jewelry before we send it. Instead we provide you with a beautiful presentation box, as well as a gift bag to place the jewelry in. This way, once you have checked the items, you can put the packaging together very easily.
Your product will be insured by us during the shipment.
Yes absolutely! We have a section when you order your time where you can select your preferred time of delivery
Yes you can. We will inform you of the tracking number once your delivery is ready to go out to you.
Yes we do ship to most countries and have free shipping within the United States. Please contact us for shipping options to your country.

Yes, our sales team is available to take your order over the phone during store opening hours.
Whether you bought it yourself or received it as a gift, your jewelry may not be exactly as you hoped. In that case we would of course be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. If the exchange item is more expensive than the one you currently have, we will need to charge you the difference. If the exchange item costs less than the original, we would then refund the difference to the cardholder who paid for the initial item. Alternatively, we can give you a voucher to use for future purchases.
Yes, you can return your order within 30 working days. We will give you a special address for returns,but for security reasons do not write Joe’s Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.We will provide a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and without this, we cannot accept refunds. Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.

Online orders must be paid for by credit card. (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). If paying in store, we also accept cash.

You can choose to have your package shipped via fedex, UPS or DHL.
Watches are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years so for should you have any problems, repairs and evaluations will be done at the manufacturer’s service center which we will arrange for you if you bought the watch through us. Jewlery bought through us has a lifetime warranty, meaning our customers have the option to their jewelry if they choose at a later date, or send it in for repairs.
