Returns & Exchange
Refunds are possible upon approval by a representative of Joe’s Jewelry within the first 30 days of shipment on condition that its returned in its original condition. Anything after this will be on a case by case basis.
The standard ring size is 7 for women. Rings ordered in other sizes are considered customised and non-refundable. If adjustments are required, please let us know and we can happily arrange this for you.
Exchanges are possible anytime, including trade-ins for upgrades.
The customer only pays return shipping fees.

Return all the original packaging.You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material
ADDRESS YOUR PACKAGE
You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write Joe’s Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
without an RMA issued by our Customer Service Center If no RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued, JJ will not be held liable for any returned merchandise and customer does so at its own risk.
CALL BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS
Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Joe’s Jewelry), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
